BookFlicks is a youth led scheme that showcases and promotes literature through creative short TikTok style films. The project aims to address the growing issue of young people struggling to engage with literature and is giving aspiring creatives the opportunity to create unique, exciting, and captivating online content about the novels that resonate with them – peer to peer reviews seem to be taking over BookTok!

During this webinar from Libraries Connected, now available to watch back in full on YouTube, you will discover a variety of ways you can make social media an integral part of your engagement strategy and find cost-effective innovative ways to celebrate your library and promoting the love of books with younger library users.

Bookflicks is facilitated by Rural Media and funded by Arts Council England. Libraries Connected represent all the public library services in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
